What to Expect in a Ritual Sound Session

During a Ritual Sound meditation session, you can expect to be immersed in a soundscape of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, a variety of drums, and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies produced by these instruments can help to release tension and promote relaxation. During the sound session, you will be laying down on a mat with your eyes closed. To ensure the best experience, please wear comfortable clothing.

This experience invites you to bring a blanket and small pillow for extra comfort, as well as a small towel or item to cover your eyes, if desired.
